Hey now I actually brought mine to a potluck. Had I been able to compose it on a plate it would've been much nicer.

Here you go!

Za'atar was dried thyme, oregano, lemon zest (because I don't have sumac) and roasted salted cashews, all ground in a coffee grinder. My family asked if I was sprinkling it with weed

Not sure if this picture is more appetizing. The situation and dish made it very hard to get a well composed picture

Shit I didn't realize trips are case sensitive

I've got to bring something to my aunt's seder. I've got a lot of restrictions (appetizer, sesame free, gluten free, kosher for passover) but hopefully I can get creative.

If it makes you feel better it's because i bumped you up on appeal even though i'm allergic to the food.

I made what is widely regarded as a french dish, but somehow it isn't it in line with the challenge, which was to make a dish of the stated cuisine. Challenge goals doesn't mean "make a challenging dish." is English not your first language?

Alright, trying this again:

My french food entry: Sous vide shoulder steak cooked for 24 hours (super tender). Served with garlic herb butter, double fried french fries and slow cooker french onion soup.

Verification.

I cooked it to medium (135* F) because I like my burgers that way and then pan fried them for the browning. If I have more time I'd like to try deep frying them.
