I at about 1/3 of it. The chipotle sauce made it hard to eat a lot.

The hummus was a lot easier than the tahini. I added three canned chipotle peppers and the olive oil is some spicy shit I got from California. It didn't turn out that spicy, so I ended up putting some chipotle sauce from the can of peppers on it and that turned it up really nice.

There's room for improvement but it's already way better than store bought.

It took me forever to actually make tahini out of the sesame seeds because the clearance on my food processor is shit.

I'm back from picking up ingredients. I got some canned Chipotle chiles to throw in there. I couldn't find tahini so I got sesame seeds to make my own.

The peanut butter in place of tahini thing is interesting and I might try it.

I want to start making hummus. I know the basic recipe is pretty simple, but any tips on what to add? I've read that the order you add the ingredients to the food processor actually matters.

Also, can I add anything to increase the protein content?
