Cut it up meat falling off bones.

Made a somewhat critical mistake when I first started them. When I shut the lid my tonges we're in the way a little in kept the lid braced open slightly on one side which allowed the box with the hickory chips to pop into flames getting too much air in there. I didn't burn them but they cooked quicker than I wanted to the first hour on the grill because of that.

I like eating out of trash actually prefer it.

1 hour in oven at 300 then tossed on the grill with a little hickory chips.
