Just fill up a pot with water, place the eggs in them. Turn it to high heat. When it starts to boil turn the heat down to a simmer/low heat. 10 minutes maximum. Then take the hard boiled eggs and put them in some cold/iced water. Leave them there for another 10 minutes. Peel the egg in the water.

Perfect every time. Go give it a try and let me know how it turned out.
