idk, i never really considered the fact that i eat too little fat tbh. maybe i should opt for whole milk or consider adding some bratwurst into my diet. my grandma suffered quite in her later years from diabetes, so i guess i might have an almost reactionary aversion to fat. anyway i'll check the link out.
