Makes sense, I would assume in the dark and mid 50s temp is near ideal. I will consider buying larger whole spices if possible, but I gotta also weigh convenience. I really am quite new to spices and in the winter everything starts to taste the same day after day so I really want to be prepared this year so I need to start learning up.

Made a delicious reuben. Took out all the unhealthy parts and loaded up on the meat. Been doing the 85% meat and dairy products diet.

Was really delicious. Froze the other 3/4 sliced I can take out anytime.

Lets talk about uses for Corned Beef other than corned beef and canbage and reubens.

Right. That's what I do. I use a peppermill. I am just wondering if it actually does anything because I think back and I see people putting it on many things that don't make sense or you wont be able to taste the bitterish pepper.

And pregrinded pepper seems pointless except for making mashed potatoes look better?

It's just such a prevailiant everywhere thing that doesn't really do much if anything at all really. I'd like to hear about a recipe or something I can use it on where I knowtice it.

If you go north to that little mini city after the Pawn Stars shop you can find the historic bar and restaurant where they all use to sit on the roof to watch atomic bombs going off. Not far from there I was able to get some kid prostitute from Louisiana.

How do you use pepper and what specifically is it used best on? How is it supposed to make it better? It tastes bitter and gritty with a little bit of smell I guess.

I am just not sure if it's used for appearance without even thinking or if it actually has sone taste related benefit.
