It's possible, but the realistic inquiry is what's ~optimizing. Sorted by benefits and uses:

>VLC / prioritizing hypoglycemia.
>(When in ketosis, it's possible understanding how much sugar is reasonable.) Periodic grams of D-ribose, a B3, for NAD.
>If on keto, or interested in enhancing metabolism, periodic pyruvate, which is a sugar and an intermediate of glycolysis / gluconeogenesis (and also shows correlation with increased fat utility and loss).

Aspartame and sucralose had odd scholarly results.

Stevia, from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, has evidenced-benefits to blood insulin and glucose, and is huge for satisfaction from food preparation and meals. It has a lot of gross iterations; companies are utilizing various amounts of the different compounds; but there are specific examples of "quality".

Suggestions. OC.

>Nutmeg.
>2% vs. whole milk for homemade cheese(s) – cream cheese and a simple white. (They don't have rennet, but some ascorbic acid is had already.)
>Unrefined coconut oil.
>Garlic.
>Onions.
>Frozen broccoli.
>Homemade ice-cream ingredients: Specifically is a stevia-based, low-fat alternative preparation .. possibly gelatin-and-protein-powders (whey and casein) starter liquid, with very small amounts of a saturated fatty substance (plausibly refined coconut oil, which is already had) for mimicking dairy fat – or getting some creamer. (Method: salt + dry-/ice + container/baggy, vs. icecube trays, freezing, and blending.)

Memo: It's possible getting full nutrition for $90 / mo.

Soda is way too sugary / syrup-y for me, yet I'm putting stevia in basically everything, from protein-based bread and cheese to sauces and beverages.

~"No."

Hungers are way more than macros, or calories. "Full nutrition" is such a rarity amongst diets, some 1%.

Though, stevia is really great at satiety from food preparation and meals. "Sweet really is fun." (It's, simply, that dietary sugar pleasingness is obtainable with a *very* low-calorie alternative, derived from leaves – similar to mint.)

My usual meal's – each homemade, protein-powders based – a muffin made with an egg and stevia; cheese, the fat recently being refined coconut oil, plus a little sweetened; and a dipper or other complement – right now, red and black pepper + creamy and soft. I'm mixing a little deli white American cheese with these ..

Nutrient availability.

Casein had way better results for lean gains and fat losses than whey (because of the digestion rates, and insulinogenics).

I'm really sensitive of how foods are affecting me, and I was OK taking 3-4g ascorbic acid "every other preparation" – maybe every 3hrs. It's usually 3-4g x 4. .. A 6g seemed about getting too much, but also reliant on how much magnesium was had – which is usually .5g elemental per 4g, sometimes 1g if behind.

It's possible getting 150g of protein, and 21g of omega 3 based oil(s) for ~950Cals.

Multivitamins and other supplements are really simple, though varied if considering for advanced effects. Extracts and powders are often the most volume- and monetary-efficient.

Here's my multi. (It's missing iron, magnesium, and selenium – the lattermost I'm getting from eggs.)

PS: Vitamin C biosynthesis-replacement requiring so much produces oxalate, which relies on more magnesium.

This has a topic.

There are a lot of inquiries – and information that's localize-able.
>30s cold-made coffee compounds, vs. heated.
>Specifics on various types of breads.
>Egg preparations (e.g., I'm recently, mostly making a meal-muffin [while also having homemade cheese, from protein powders and *something with saturated fat* for mimicking dairy], but an early-experiences favorite was a simple sliced-American omelette seasoned with table salt, which has a really unique flavorousness .. partially because of annatto ..).
