the problem with letting people spend on prepared food is that it costs the tax payer more and essentially the government is putting profits in the shopkeepers pockets. if these people dont have jobs and nothing to do all day they could atleast be cooking their own food. why do they have to bugger KFC all day when they can make it at home?

eventually more and more people on the dole will just give up on cooking entirely and beatnick politicians will give out more welfare to buy more votes.
