"Full nutrition" amongst grocery food items is (rarely discussed because its) really (challenging / extraneous ..) surpassed by supplements – usually both volume- and monetary- efficiency.

"There are stark contrasts between calling people out on their bullshit, and 'low quality posts'. The *prevalent* lack of actual specifics or arguments amongst various topics and boards is simply too much and too plausibly-unchanging for 'babysitting' any other way."

Maybe not on /ck/ as much as other boards (depending on what's up for each) – having (especially scholarly) information archived is beneficial for readers.

PS: There are plausibly always better ways of having alcohol than diluting with water. .. Even barely sipping for combinations with food.

Lots of relevant inquiries ..

>Vanilla extracts, vs. powders / beans, vs. pastes.
>Nutmeg is another (though I was specifically having better results with a [really low-quality] essential oil than I was with powder).
>Cacao – I got Viva Naturals, and it's really great; was only using a few sprinkles unto it really flavoring beverage and food.
>Cinnamon – Anthony's Ceylon (Cassia being hepatoxic – examine.com).
>Flours – I had basically replaced sugars / carbs with protein powders, casein and whey (especially together) having huge variation in properties via ratios, and benefits of low / specific insulinogenics (for way better hormone profiles, and controlled energy income). MyProtein was the cheapest, quality of "unflavored" obviously being quite standard; but they were recently consistently more expensive, so suggestions on cheaper ..
>[Whatever else], maybe if you're utilizing powdered milk(s) or something.

Figuratively, it's still moot,
A). Because "full nutrition" is such a rarity amongst diets (some 1%), those conditions are plausibly only there as such, with or without cannabis.
B). Other negative effects are also derivative of this – affected mental and visual clarity, from potassium .. et al. Even scholarly media is rarely controlling for nutriments.

"Alcoholism" is a ludicrous suggestion .. I'm OK drinking sips through the day, or not having it at all. Yes, there being an exception disproves some alcoholic physiological determinism – specifically evidencing the benefits of actually getting proper nutrients.

A). The likelihood of parasitic propagation to meat, amongst birds and droppings, bugs (such as flies and fleas), fish, the conditions of farmed animals, repeated and non-sanitized usage of food machinery .. is large (in this status of science).
B). Sub-well-done meat is very publicly common, and actual raw meat is somewhat also, furthering the problem.
C). The likelihood that raw meat is properly frozen (for consumption) is small ..
>Freezing and storing at an ambient temperature of -4°F (-20°C), or below, for 7 days; freezing at an ambient temperature of -31°F (-35°C) or below until solid and [!] storing at an ambient temperature of -31°F (-35°C) or below for 15 hours; or freezing at -31°F (-35°C) or below until solid and storing at -4°F (-20°C) or below for 24 hrs. ..
.. Except for very strict conditions, *any* ("uncooked") meat is susceptible to parasites.
