Honestly, most recipes are piss easy and a 5 year old can do them. Just prepare things ahead of time (have all your ingredients out and pre-measured before you start cooking) and follow instructions.

Once you've gotten a handle of a given recipe, you can start changing it up on the fly.

Buy a slowcooker. 20$ will make your life crazy easy.

>Cross contaminates the mayo with the fork he was mixing the tuna and onions with

Stopped watching there. The sound effects, the cringe inducing dialogue and all that was already hard enough to tolerate, but that shit just drives me up the fucking wall.

I knew someone who thought mayonnaise was vegan.

Microwave oven.

You could use a toaster oven or an actual oven, but that'd be wasteful in terms of energy use and honestly yield lesser results (drying it out more).

I should probably say that you put that in the microwave... Thus the volcano part.

Tonight, I'm having goat cheese on waffles with blueberry jam.

You could make a baked apple if you're lazy. Just core an apple, put it in a bowl and put some brown sugar and cinnamon in the cavity. It turns into a volcano of flavour, evenly coating the outside of the apple. The apple's flesh also gets a nice soft texture. That was my favourite desert as a kid.

I've seen people say, not jokingly, that hunters are inhumane assholes who should just buy their meat at the grocery store "where no animals were harmed".

It's not about only eating the most optimal thing at all times. It's about having options.

Finding good quality/price baked goods can be difficult. I mostly pick them up on sale (or make them myself).

Loblaws. The one on Sherbrooke in Montreal.

They're fucking retarded, though, in that the All But Gluten stuff is hidden in a corner of the bread section.

The ones packed in oil in my area have 10 times that.

I buy them canned with water and no added sodium. Good source of low calorie protein.

It's an unwritten rule that you don't eat them at work because the smell gets to some people.

They ARE really high in sodium.

I'd laugh my ass off if you did that with fiddleheads or something.

Dehydrated fruit, man.

Pineapple, papaya, apple rings, any fucking comestible berry... Shit is just too fucking good.

'Sup /ck/.

Quick review of these things.

Cost me about 5$ per box (6 per box).

The vanilla ones are pretty good. Maybe a bit too much icing in the middle for my taste, but it still works well. The cake portion isn't too sweet, isn't dry and avoids being ridiculously dense like 99% of gluten free baked goods.

The chocolate ones are okay. A little bit redundant, I think.

For 210 calories per cake and 5$ per box of 6, they're not bad. Will pick up again in the future if on sale.

You're probably eating way too fast. Your blood sugar doesn't have time to adjust, so while your belly is full, your body still thinks it is hungry.
