what should I do if I want to fry sausage like ground beef? the other day I wanted to make chili with chorizo, but even when removing the casing it stayed in shape, so I ended up putting it in the blender. it worked, but it took a lot of time to get all of it chopped up and it made a general mess. but there's lots of recipes where you're supppsed to fry sausages like that, first I tried to chop them, but I also used actual ground beef for that chili and when you just chop the sausage it doesn't mix well. or maybe I just didn't chop them fine enough

what should I do guys?
