No, that chart is all wrong.

Making a french fry better has almost nothing to do with how its shaped. That's just fucking stupid.

If a fry has a topping (chili, cheese, whatever), that makes them different but OTHERWISE fry quality is determined entirely by oil type and quality as well as how its cooked (in one phase or the superior two-phase cooking)

I'm not enough of an expert to create a tier-list for every type of oil cross-sectioned with cooking method, but that would be how such a list would work (or just sort by restaurant).
