I usually do half wild half hot BBQ when I go. I don't find the wild flavor very hot, but it's a good buffalo wing flavor.

I think the hottest non-blazin' flavor on the menu is actually mango habanero. Everything else is medium at best to my palate, but mango habanero makes my nose run and really burns.
