I don't have a drinking problem. I have one strong drink to knock out myself for the night. don't really drink no more than 2 beers before I have my 1 drink when ready for bed. I do this so my mind ain't going 100 mph but don't do it to be emotional. just have a drink and lights out. sounds like you have been through a lot. I hike a lot during the day to keep things off my mind. solo hike is always so soothing.
