I've got some wine sitting in my pantry, but I converted recently so I don't want to consume any more of it. Are there any other uses for wine in cooking that don't involve me drinking it?

Regards

I hope this is a euphemism for realising wine tastes like shit, and that you're not actually a mudslime now. You're objectively wrong in either case, desu.

Sauces.

There is a Portuguese dish of pork soaked in wine and garlic. Here's the link to a good recipe

Use it for douching or enemas. Thank me later.

That's pretty good, I can try it with some fatty cuts and garlic later.

I just realized recently that everything branded haram I wouldn't want anyway. The alcoholism general on /ck/ should be evidence enough.

Cork the bottles, let it turn into vinegar and then boom there you go, vinegar for days.

Moreover the health 'benefits' you get from a glass of red a day can also be obtained from a glass of red grape juice.

The more you know.
