Try It or you will never break the habit. With baking recipes are fine. Otherwise you are going to make 12 different recipes and never like them because you didn't tailor them to your tastes.

However, Mind of a Chef is particularly (((notorious))) for not providing any information about how to make the food. Quite frankly, it reminds me of medfag pirates who use a latin vocabulary and think that's somehow an awe inducing "secret club."
