It's what Chicago calls a hotdog. I've had them before, and I think their goal is to make it taste as little like a hotdog as possible. Literally every topping besides the tomato has an overpowering flavor so it pretty much becomes a gross salad that you didn't want on a bun.

Hotdogs are gross, but at least ketchup kinda compliments it. The saladbun that Chicago sells just throws something even more gross on top of it so you don't notice how gross the hotdog actually is.
