Agreed! One of my most recent favorite dishes is a ragout made from beans, sausage, and broccoli.

OP, here's a recipe adapted from an old Pepin show: http://www.goodfoodmakesmehappy.com/recipes/2014/9/28/ragout-of-broccolini-beans-sausage-and-clams (regular broccoli works just as well, and I prefer ground sausage to links for this recipe).
