Made this while drinking tonight. Red mashed potatoes with gravy. Corn salsa with green beans, pico, and a serano pepper.

Not even vegetarian, just didn't have a protein that wasn't frozen. Gravy is beef gravy.

while im on the topic of lazy food, this is actually my first meat meal since saturday lunch at least. a combo of preference and conveience desu. meat takes firever to clean up after. also im not being sanitary here, i got ground pork on like 4 surfaces.

these are in the oven and i will put more cheese on theae in like 40 min. unless i eat it first

the money shot, folks.

it's spicy, it's moist, it contains protien and carb and veggies, and moat importantly, it will keep me full till quitting time, something my usual meal prep sometimes falls short at.
