That cut is wrong, but quesadillas are easy.

The cut should look more like \ | / rather than \|/, so that the pieces hold together. Otherwise it looks delicious, would eat.

Anyway I don't have a cringy info but here's my tips.

>onions
>either canned beans/lentils/chickpeas
>either canned tuna/frozenshrimp/frozen chicken breast
>stock cubes
>some dried herb, thyme and oregano are most versatile

Sweat off onion in a pot, throw in the protien, and get some colour in that. then add the rest of the ingredients (herbs, stock, and carbs) and simmer for 15 mins, maybe add some water if your canned shit doesn't have enough and it starts to look dry. You can also add frozen veggies in, peas are good.

My goto for indian chicken curry.
Start by dicing up 2 medium white onions, 3 or 4 jalapenos, a couple serrano peppers, some fresh garlic and a thumb size knob of ginger..

Fry chicken and set aside. Add a bit more oil and fry up the onion pepper garlic ginger mix for 8 minutes until soft.

After the onion and pepper stuff is soft. Add spices (1 tablespoon curry powder, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin and ground corriander) Adjust spices to taste. I use more curry and cayenne. Toast spices for a minute then splash in some chicken broth and a whole can of finely chopped tomatos. Put some cilantro and a cup of sour cream or plain yogurt in that bitch and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.

1 yellow onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 cup of chickpeas (canned, if dried then soak for 30 mins)
Half a head of cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon of tumeric
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 cups of water

Heat the olive oil in a pot.
Add the diced carrot, onion, and garlic into the pot once the oil is hot. Keep the mixture cooking on medium heat. After the onions have turned translucent, add the turmeric powder and stir. Once the turmeric powder has been mixed in with the vegetables, add the water, cabbage, and chickpeas. Simmer on low for 45 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
