That looks like smoked salmon though. Jewfish is carp meat, matzah, onions and eggs minced up into a paste and shoved inside the skin of a carp. It is just as awful as it sounds.

The jews brought lox to the US in the early 1900's from eastern europe. But it was developed as an art of milking every shekel possible by curing the belly which was usually cut away from filets to make the salmon more cosmetically appealing to goyim. Then they took the belly scrap, cured it, gave it a fancy name and jewed the price sky high. Of couse the goyim fell head over heels for it.

We call that gefilte fish. It is fine as long as you make it from scratch in a food processor rather than using the stuff from a jar.

Tagliatelle
Cream cheese or creme fraiche
Peas (if you want)
Smoked salmon
½ lemon, juiced & zested
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped

Easy to make. Takes 15 minutes tops.

Boil the pasta
Add creme fraiche to a pan for a couple of minutes and mix in other ingredients
Serve with pasta and add some extra chives and zest to finish off.
