Yes desu. I wouldn't touch much else at BK but tried one for the memes and it was unironically great. Mine was fucking choc full of cereal pieces exactly like the promo shots. Tastes exactly like the milk after a bowl. Nostalgic as hell.

Not even fucking close. I'm fat and have no standards, and this was terrible. It was pretty much just a plain vanilla milkshake with occasional grainy cereal bits, I don't think there was a single marshmallow bit in there.
