Nothing wrong with pasta for breakfast if you keep it light. I mean, I wouldn't have carbonara, but just some pasta dressed with a little OO and maybe a finely diced bell pepper mixed in is fine.
I had the usual tall glass of vodka from the freezer and a black coffee chaser. I should be able to keep down solids come noon.

it's actually 3min instant ramen cooked my own way, i.e. simmering down the water over about twenty minutes to have it sans-water while still retaining the flavouring
