Recipe share thread. Because, why not? Food is good.

Sweet Pepper Bolognese

6 cans of chunky tomatoes
6 shallots
1 red onion
1 dozen small sweet peppers
Fresh basil, and parsley
1 whole garlic
Sweet and hot sausages
Meatballs
Salt and pepper to taste
8 TBSP sugar
The basic dries, like oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, just a few short dashes of those
A splash of your favorite red wine

Mince up the onions, shallots, and garlic. Cut peppers into small strips.

Fry ingredients lightly with oil. Add cans of tomatoes and rest of ingredients, let simmer 3 hours.
