The McChicken has perfectly spiced pepper flavor, it has a nice eggy shell which is always crispy on the outer but soft yet firm on the inner, not watery at all like the BK long chicken, it is quite delicious and the patty in combination with the shredded salad and mayo, and nicely toasted bun makes for a superb value
