you're probably better off buying 100% horse radish though, you can mix it with mayo to great effect

I dunno man. It's pretty popular in the U.S. I don't know about Canada but growing up in New England it was used in a lot of dishes.

I can't speak for all 50 states but in my experience, it's a staple in my fridge.

there are many peaks of polish culinary arts actually, a lot of our cuisine is genuinely enjoyable
admittedly white sausage with beetroot paste is a very polish combo, fusing german sausage with slav beets
