WHY is it impossible to recreate the taste of fast food at home??? Nothing you can buy from a store tastes THE SAME

>> No.8921717

These do, but it's the only example I got.

The problem is the bread. Bread is a huge factor in how fast food tastes, and all the companies make their own bread so you can't just buy it at the store.

Who cares about duplicating fast food when you can easily surpass it?

Home cooking is naturally superior because you can take time and care and use actual food.

Chemical additives.

Because you're not adding enough sugar, butter, salt, cream, and fat to your dish.

RIGHT? They're so good
Fuck, now I wanna go and get one

>> No.8922950

They're massed produced shit right?

Why don't they sell them in bulk unprepared?

I'd buy probably buy some, since I like the taste, and they're not complex to prepare.

Millions of dollars in R&D went into the McDonald's menu, why do you think you can recreate it?

>> No.8922993

>>8922974
because it's designed to be reproduced exactly billions of times over

the french fries taste the same no matter where you are on the planet

>> No.8923104

>>8922993
Yes because they spent a shit ton of money developing the menu so minimum wage cucks can reheat it at the restaurant with average quality control. You can only recreate it with the ingredients they supply.

>> No.8923148

because they don't cook, reheat it, or assemble it in ways that you are familiar with or capable of with home equipment

a mcchicken patty is not ground chicken with flour on the outside, dropped in a deep fryer
