So I recently went to the farmer's market to buy ultra chunky peanut butter since most groceries aren't allowed to carry the stuff. Bought two jars of it but by the time I got home it had separated back into a jar of peanuts in oil. The farmer's market is about 20 minutes from my home by bike. How do I keep it from separating in that 20 minutes?
