Gonna cook myself some chicken and rice, but I'm cutting the chicken into pieces and placing it into a bowl along with the rice.

I'm going to saute onions, orange pepper, and mushrooms before I throw in the chicken in low heat with a closed lid, I guess. I'll add in some garlic and herbs near the end, too.

I'm not sure what to do with the brown rice I'll be boiling. Any suggestions on how to make it tasty? Anything else to top off the dish?
