How long have you been on this board if you still think adjunct lagers are the pinnacle of "American beer"? Maybe 20 years ago but these days they're only popular because they are DIRT CHEAP.

Macro-Lagers in general, whether American, Canadian, German, Mexican, whatever else, are bland piss.

The entire point of Lager is to drink it in large quantities over a long period of time, like when you get off work. It keeps you hydrated, pleasantly drunk, and it isn't really anything to think about. As opposed to wine and spirits, or other styles of beer.

It's glugging water for the blue-collar masses.
