you know what show was underrated. Gordon Ramsay's F word. He wasn't a screaming dick yelling ITS AWWWWWWW all the time. I learned a lot about food and there were some great recipes. I still use his twice cooked pressed porkbelly recipe from that show. Then he moved kitchen nightmares to America and the producers just wanted more yelling and more drama and the weeks fell off the wagon.
