>1 large can diced green chilies
>1 large can Jalapenos diced (Herdez or La Costena)
>1 onion diced and lightly browned
>2 - 3 pounds of hamburger
>1 pound extra sharp cheddar (shredded)
>liberal garlic salt + pepper
>mix thoroughly
>bake in casserole dish 350 covered for an hour
>DRAIN OFF EXCESS GREASE

There's no way this is good. The chips must be a soggy abomination after 2 minutes.

boneless spareribs wrapped in bacon with a little balsamic vinegar, rosemary and pepper grilled over charcoal.

I also did corn on the cob. Peeled back the husk, slathered the corn with rosemary butter, put the husk back and grilled.

It was the most delicious thing i've ever made, I wasn't paying attention and the spareribs came out perfectly cooked anyways.
