I've never liked candy without food value, and stuff that can be made any day of the year with shelf stable ingredients doesn't appeal to me much.

I like fruit. I make all sorts of fruit sweetened desserts.

Oh well good luck anon. Chamomile and yarrow (horsetail) are used as natural remedies for tooth pain, so maybe try drinking some chamomile/yarrow on the regular and see if it helps.

Gotta make a proper infusion though (boil water but let it cool for a few minutes, then steep tea covered for 10 min before drinking).

The biological catalysts that are added are called sucrases (in animals) and invertases (in plants). Sucrases and invertases are types of glycoside hydrolase enzymes. Acid, such as lemon juice or cream of tartar, can also accelerate the conversion of sucrose to invert sugar.
