This is the best thing to do in a kitchen. You get to rightfully piss people off for being retarded and even better, you can get them fired in some cases. Does anyone else like to do this?

I used to do this when I worked in food service. It actually didn't piss anyone off. They felt bad, and the quality of the food increased because people took more pride in their work. If you pissed people off for upholding standards, you were probably a dick about it. Good luck making it to a management position.

No, you're not fucked for caring about the quality of the product. The industry needs more people who actually give a shit. Think of it as motivational practice with your co-workers. Ask them if they'd eat food with your snot on it, or would they serve that if their mom was out front. No sympathy there, just reasoning.
