I drink this, cause it got juice and vitamins and shit and sane/reasonable amount of caffiene (80 mg, about the same as a cup of coffee)

I don't need 500000% of my daily b vitamins and 300 cal's worth of sugar and riboflavin. Two of these gets me wired enough for about 3 hours, more than enough time to get through work without slitting someones throat if I save them for lunch

The non bike stuff keeps the board idiosyncratic and cosy though. Even foamers getting flustered or fighting for their ground. I've got my own issues anon, but I keep them to myself. Don't want to argue with you.
But another major gripe I have is the strava club that has "we like trains" which is social suicide for normal people. Plus the majority of the people in the club don't even visit 4chan so I'm not comparing my stats to people I talk to, if you know what I mean. The board has less than a dozen active users but the club has over 500? Yeah, nah.

Anyway, hope you have a speedy recovery and get back on the bike sooner rather than later.
