Doctor told me two weeks ago to go gluten free, switch to lactose free milk, and reminded me about our previous discussion on the acidic foods.

I told him fuck you, thanks for the yearly cancer check, see you in 6 months or whenever the rectal bleeding comes back.

Pills. My mom is deadly allergic to seafood. It could kill her. But she risks it every now and then with a bunch of pills. I dunno what kind of pills but it semi works. She gets a swollen face but damn can't blame her. Seafood too good to not enjoy.

Each person has their taste, but if you cook yams well they are fucking delicious. Rice and potatoes are a fair starch, but yams add a great variety. One of my personal favorites.
