I mean of course, some Ameriturd """""chef""""" made an "amlet" for you, and it's unsurprisingly dogshit.

But a real omelette OP, a real omelette is supposed to be delicate, silky and smooth - with subtle hints of light spices and herbs. It should require absolutely no bread - in fact, there shouldn't be any mention of bread as omlettes are typically eaten briskly.
