Cut down 90% on all non-natural sugar (IE non-fruit derived).

Cut down 90% on all carbohydrates.

Base your diet around vegetables and white meat.

A healthy diet is that simple.

if you feel hungry/are "grazing" in your kitchen, eat a small spoonful of peanut butter.

you'll feel satisfied almost immediately and the feeling lasts.

Decent advice.
Also have a small jar/bag of peanuts and/or almonds at the ready.
No cashews.

It tells that i need to eat 1700 calories (2200-500). There is any decent list telling carb/fat/proteins that some food has?

Just type the food followed by calorie content into Google.
You can eat 6 Big Macs per day.

Revolve your diet around these criteria:

>cheap
>protein rich
>low calorie

There are actually plenty of foods that meet this criteria that I recommend make up 75% of your diet (the rest being veggies and a few grains/starches of your choice). Examples of these foods are:

>eggs
>chicken
>turkey
>tuna
>chickpeas (a "superfood" if I've ever seen one)
>greek yogurt (not that expensive since you're cutting and won't be buying much of it)

Here are honorable mentions that meet 1-2 of criteria and shouldn't be eaten everyday:
>peanut butter (high calorie)
>nuts (high calorie and can be expensive)
>cheese (can be high calorie and can be expensive but a keto favorite)

Get a ton of different spices and get creative. This doesn't have to be a pain. But COUNT your calories damn it! What you eat has to be quantified in some way.

Oh and drink ONLY water, ever.
