not even going to touch on the diet aspect, but berries (and your tree fruit) have a lot less sugar than you'd think while also adding more flavor than just a simple sweetener like honey or sugar

frozen berries are the best desu, add them straight from the freezer into hot oatmeal, wa la

links, please. I understand that it's better, for the most part, but gram per gram, sugar is still sugar, and it still effects your weight just the same. I understand that there's more to health than just weight, but when a good amount of people are primarily struggling with weight issues, this is the biggest meme that frustrates me.

One strawberry has 0.6 g of sugar

One tablespoon of sugar, whether white or brown, is 12.0 g

That comparison doesn't mean that much right there because I highly doubt that the alternatives in, say, an oatmeal would be a tablespoon of sugar to a single strawberry. You didn't even mention what size strawberry. In, say, 2 cups of oatmeal, I would guess that people would add either a tablespoon of sugar or, say, half a cup of strawberries. Now, that's 12g of carbs in the sugar to like 5.5g of carbs in the strawberry. Obviously that's less, and it's the better option, but don't say "helthy becuz from grounddd".

Nothing wrong with oatmeal.

You fuckers wont take anything but gourmet at each and every meal.

One of you definitely complain at a fast food restaurant claiming it isn't up to your "standards". Pathetic.

What in the fuck are you even trying to say here?
No shit strawberries are better than just straight up sugar. Fruit/veg are always going to be healthier than raw sugar you fucking idiot.

>> No.7973319

Whole oats > oatmeal. Much better texture. If you have an electric pressure cooker it's even more convenient to cook. Only drawback is it's more expensive because it's a niche product.
