I'm currently eating a Dairylea Strip Cheese, slice of Gouda from Aldi (it has K2) and 300g Everyday Value cottage cheese (lots of slow digesting protein for my muscles as I sleep 8-9 hours). Lots of fat as well, which keeps me anabolic through the night. I also eat some Walnuts and Almonds (for melatonin and magnesium)

Roquefort is my favorite.

Parana is the best Gouda I've ever had

haven't ventured too far into soft rinds.

Chimay was by far the bitterest thing I've ever put in my mouth. Could not eat.

and for oddly pleasant Gjetost. Kind of peanutbuttery.

This grocery store I go to always has really good cheese samples so I've got to try lots of shit. This Beemster extra old shit is delicious. I don't do anything special with it. I just eat chunks.
