what up, /ck/. i made burgers last night but i put too much onion in the meat. i have a little left, wondering if theres anything i can do to tone down the taste without adding more meat(theres not really enough left to bother)

nope

Sounds like you don't have a problem then.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is yet another reason why it's silly to add things to your burger patties. It's much easier to control the flavor and texture of the onion if it's separate from the meat.

turn it into a meatloaf or meatballs or something that gets more thoroughly cooked so the onions break down more

garlic will cover up the taste a bit.
