My dad plays bridge, and occasionally the club he belongs to will hire me to do the shopping for their weekend-long tournaments. They always ask me to get these bulk one-ounce containers. I've found that, even though the intent is to use one container per bagel, you really need to use one container per half a bagel to get the perfect amount of cream cheese.
