Pros: Salads, sauces, cooking with meat, taste good fresh, allegedly tastes good (sun)dried
Cons: Culinarily not really a fruit, really has to be paired with something else or it's just run of the mill tastewise

Pros: winemaking, taste good fresh, taste good dried
Cons: No utility outside of using the juice or eating by itself

Pros: Juice, baking, taste good fresh, taste good dried
Cons: Can't really think of any

I picked Tomato for their sheer versatility, but I'm thinking I should have gone with Apple instead.
