I got sick of canned soup and bland leftovers so I decided to do something about it.

Sort of like in "Welcome to the NHK," Sato was motivated to find a job only when all his friends were gone and his money was cut off and he was literally starving slowly to death in his apartment.

Pick a recipe you like with 4 or fewer major ingredients, and no cooking terms you don't understand. Try making it.

Tweak it everytime you make it until you're happy.

Do the same with many more recipes. Keep notes on what worked and didn't.

Get more complicated. as you do all this you will learn what flavors work well together. Start freestyling.

Either you'll get interested and make great food cheaper than you can get it out, or you will decide you don't like to cook. then you can spend money for someone else to do it, or find a wife or husband that can cook.

Here's why you need to get interested. Cooking is one of the most utilized lifeskills you will have.

You will eat on average 3 meals a day for the rest of your life. Figure you'll live to 90. We'll subtract 18 years that your parents will cook for you. this is generous, many of us start cooking much earlier. (90 - 18) X 365 X 3 = 78840.

Now figure an average savings of about 5 dollars a meal. That's a rough estimate and assumes a lot of cheap garbage takeout and some cold cereals.

78840 x 5 = 394,200

Cooking will buy you a few nice houses over the course of your life.

More if you can be frugal.

the way she looks at her tit at the end of that clip proves she is an attention whore and wanted to make sure it was bouncing just right for her. She needs her tits and head cut off. But regardless, I got tired of jarred pasta sauce and over cooked pasta and decided I wanted to try other things. It worked out. I thought it was pretty amazing how much better things started tasting as I learned so I continued. There are so many ways to do so many things and it's all up to how you like it or don't like it and you're in charge of it. It's something you can change. Unlike that girl being a whore. You can't change that.

Protip. Most people are attention whores. Your little rant proves as much about you. The plus side on girls who know they crave attention is that they maintain their appearance and do things like shake their titties on camera for us.

I got into cooking because my parents were always busy, I was bored, and was able to get a Betty Crocker for kids cookbook out of the Scholastic catalog in 1st grade. Made simple shit from there and forced the family to eat it. That made my mom take an interest in helping me not suck at it.

Girls know what they're wearing and what they look like, kiddo. It's drummed into them almost from Day 1 in ways guys don't even understand, and they get revenge for being handed the shitty end of the stick in life by ironically mocking the stereotypes females are expected to live up to, which is exactly what this girl is doing. I learned to cook (from boxes at first, then with fresh ingredients) from about age 8. Tall enough to see the top of the stove. By 11 I could do an OK stirfry. Now in my 40's, just made a slow-cooked ham and been soup from the saved bone of x-mas ham dinner. So savory.

I lived on take away meals my whole life. When it was drive thru meals I got fat as fuck and then I started eating healthier like Asian noodles and subway and lost a fair bit of weight. Then I decided to grow up and start cooking for myself so I started lurking /ck/ for motivation and advice. Then after I put all the weight back on from eating pizza and tendies while drinking GMO corn syrup I got sick with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and was forced to start cooking real food or I would die. It wasn't easy in the begining and I burned a lot of stuff and ate a lot of raw meat but I'm doing ok now. I even made some cookies from scratch.
