Hey guys, im the accountant for a small cookery club even though i barely cook, because i am good with numbers and things.

Next Friday is the Christmas Competition, and I have to cook something at home then bring it in for judging.

But I am struggling to think of anything that can be served cold that is interesting. Obviously I can make a cake, cupcake, brownies, etc, but those arent very original.

Do any of you have any suggestions?
