It's not legally a human, just medical waste at that point. It's more of a moral issue really. I'm certain if someone was caught aborting a foetus solely consume it a legal jurisdiction would step in.

It wasn't that exception that I would eat it again. Just had it to have it. She wanted to eat it because all mother "do it in nature for nutrients" supposedly it aides the flow of breastmilk.

The whole moral dilemma of where it came from aside, I would definitely try it. Although preferably it would have come from a person who was a vegetarian, as >>7016104 guy said. There is a reason why we don't keep predatory mammals as a food source. If you ate a dog or a cat, the meat would be very tough and stringy. For some reason eating a lot of protein does this to the meat of mammals. That's why we've historically only eaten vegetarian ones like cows and pigs.
