What kinda stuff do you eat?
What prompted the change in diet?
Do you like it? Do you feel healthier?

I have no eaten meat in approx 3 days.
Trying to go vegetarian ..although I still consume dairy products..milk, cheese and whatnot .
I usually replace with dark greens, chic peas , lentils etc etc. After the first day and half I felt alot better and my stomach settled. I do feel more energy during the day, I feel "healthier" and I no longer have that crappy feeling after eating a meats both white and red.
What prompted the change was that I realized for about a year I consumed a meat product EVERY SINGLE DAY and I needed to change that...

Dahls, curries, pasta, noodles, pizza.
I work at a vegetarian restaurant and when I moved out of home I was so poor that I only ate the free meals from work and basic curries at home.
Started feeling sick every time I did eat meat so I just cut it out completely. I never feel bloated any more and all my shits are glorious unless I take a serious junk food binge, but that's usually in conjuction with alcohol.
Apart from that no different.
