Looks like grits with cheese, bacon, and scallions, with some sour cream on top.
I love grits, especially garlic-cheese souffle grits, but I rarely eat grits that way anymore, because dairy fucks me all up.
I do like salted grits with some olive oil on top for breakfast in the fall and winter, though.

Same with butter but it's not stirred in well. Best way to eat this is add white or or brown sugar and use toast as if it were a spoon and scoop that shit up. Butter the toast but not the bread. Serve with some hot chocolate made with cocoa powder... So good.
