>> No.6977843

That's cup ramen. Instant ramen is square.

Take off your name

>fill electric tea kettle with some filtered water
>push down the lever
>it heats up
>meanwhile unwrap cup ramen
>go grab a large can of something like soup
>once kettle is done pour water in
>lay down lid
>balance can on top of cup ramen container to keep lid down
>wait a few minutes

Thanks!

Why in the fuck would you use a can instead of your preferred eating utensil to keep the lid down?

1. Put it in the trash
Done

>> No.6979787

>Boil water
>Add ramen
>Cook most of the way done
>Pour some five spice in there
>Put some kimchi in there
>Put some memmi in there
>Put some soy sauce in there
>Stir up until done
>Discard shitty spice packet
>Eat

Or if I want to take my time, cook the kimchi some with some vegetables in a bit of oil, then do the rest.

It covers the whole lid and keeps it in better than a fork laying across it letting some heat escape.
who the fuck eats ramen with a spoon or whatever?

>> No.6979823

Shitty instructions.
Never told me to open the ramen.
Sounds like you want me to pour hot water into my can of soup.
>implying balancing a can full of watered down soup ontop of my ramen cup is going to cook it.

Leave ~20% of the water in, mix in a dollop of P butter, make delicious satay sauce.

Also, use rice cooker for ramen, so much easier.
fuck, I use a rice cooker for potatoes, onions, pasta, basically everything that needs boiling.

That actually sounds pretty good. I'm going to try that sometime. It would be like a ghetto ass pad thai if you use chunky peanut butter.

>> No.6980916

>>6980904
people deliberately purchase smooth peanut butter?
fuck those people.

>boil water
>put noodles in
>wait two to three minutes depending on how soft you like your noodles stirring ocassionally
>turn off heat and add whatever you want for flavor. Soy sauce, bacon fat, fish, meat, scallions, mushrooms are good choices.
