What do you pay for one, or better yet a combo? Here sausage patties are $6.44 for 20, English muffins are $2.28 a dozen, and 24 slices of American cheese is $3.92. So you could make 20 sandwiches for $18.84 which is $0.94 a sandwich. You would also have 4 English muffins and 4 slices of cheese left.

I work at Bass Pro Shops' admin building in springfield, and they have a full cafeteria there. Breakfast and lunch served every day. I always get a bunch of scrambled eggs and 3+ strips of bacon. Comes out to about $2.00. Sometimes I'll also get a biscuit and gravy.

I had a couple sausage McMuffins to try out their "all day" breakfast the other day. Big mistake. They were literally hard it was the most disgusting thing I've ever gotten from McDonalds.
